Developed a Dashboard for a U.S. Manufacturing Company.

Project Overview

Mr. John owns a soft toy manufacturing unit in the USA. As his business grew, managing production, inventory, orders, and staff became difficult. His team used Excel sheets and scattered tools, which often led to mistakes and delays.

He needed one simple tool that could help him and his team stay organized and work faster—something that would work on both desktops and tablets. That’s when Zenesys Solutions Inc. stepped in.

The Solution

We recommended developing a cross-platform internal dashboard with Blazor for the web version, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. The entire application was hosted on Microsoft Azure, allowing real-time syncing across all devices, so the team could access updated information anytime, whether from the office or the factory floor.

  • Shift and Staff Management: Helps manage attendance, assign work shifts, track hours, and view individual productivity.
  • Delivery and Dispatch: Updates packed order status, manages delivery timelines, and syncs with shipping partners for real-time dispatch info.
  • Reports and Analytics: Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports with visual graphs to track trends in orders, stock, and production flow.
  • User Roles and Access Control: Offers secure access levels (Admin, Manager, Staff) with role-specific permissions for better control and safety.
  • Notifications and Reminders: Sends automatic alerts for low inventory, missed deliveries, and shift start reminders to keep everything on track.
  • Cross-Device Compatibility: Accessible on desktop for office staff, tablet for floor managers, and via browser from any device.

Our Approach

  • We started with discovery sessions to understand their daily work and challenges.
  • Then we created a simple user interface that matched how their team already worked.
  • We developed three versions using Blazor, .NET MAUI, and Electron.NET.
  • After testing on different devices and training their staff, we launched it on Azure.
  • We provided full documentation and support during and after deployment.
